The directors of GreenBuild Consult are delighted to announce that they have commissioned a leading training provider to deliver a bespoke training and development programme for all members of staff over the next 12 months.

The programme —  “Developing Personal Effectiveness and Interpersonal Intelligence” — will be delivered by Palladium Training & Consultancy based in Caerphilly, South Wales.

GreenBuild Consult is committed to investing in the professional development of their staff and are looking forward to seeing the results of this training programme over the coming months.

Commenting on the training programme, John Mayne, MD of Palladium, said: “Since 2012, Palladium Training have been supporting GreenBuild in developing the leadership and management capability of key personnel to deliver a cost efficient and effective service to their customers.

“A range of managers at different levels have completed a variety of Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) workshops and programmes to help develop both competence and confidence. These include, Change and Innovation, Leading and Developing Teams, Managing Time Effectively, Project Management, Understanding Financial Management, Making Professional Presentations, Becoming an Effective Leader and Essential Management Skills.

As a reflection on the development and results achieved an in-house bespoke programme has been designed to provide all staff with the tools and support to develop their own personal effectiveness and enhance their ability to work part of a high performance team.”
