Trainee Sustainability Consultant, Owain Morgan, has recently returned from a four-day training course, which is part of his studies that will lead to the combined Non-Domestic Energy Assessor (NDEA) and Display Energy Certificate (DEC) qualification.

The DEC element of the qualification will allow GreenBuild Consult to provide a new service, which will complement the BREEAM assessments that the company currently offers.
